Insurance

Health insurance is the primary payor for the ABA services our clients recieve. We are committed to helping our families navigate through the phone call and paperwork processes.

For clients who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, we are able to accept the following insurances: 

• Aetna

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO)

• Cigna/Evernorth Behavioral Health

• TRICARE

• United Health Care

Private pay options are available. Please contact us directly for more information. 

 

Prior to beginning treatment, we will:

 

1. Call your insurance company to verify coverage and benefits, as well as get information on your deductible and out-of-pocket maximums.

 

2. Get a pre-authorization for benefits.

 

3. Bill the insurance company directly for services provided.

Ill. Rev. Stat. ch. 215, § 5/356z.14 et seq. requires that all individual and group accident and health insurance or managed care plans provides coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders for individuals less than 21 years of age. Coverage is to include applied behavioral analysis and other treatments with a maximum benefit of $36,000 per year.
