We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you have the right to lodge your complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
We understand that sometimes your dream item didn’t end up being all that dreamy. It's so important to us that you are completely satisfied, which is why we have an easy & flexible return policy!
We offer refunds and store credit for returns on eligible items.
A return for refund must be made within 14 days of your original order date. A return for store credit or exchange must be made within 30 days.
Returns must be delivered to Unlocking Abilities Behavior & Learning within the time frames above. You must email us and receive approval for your return before mailing your items back to us. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org
Merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn condition with original tags (if applicable) still attached. Merchandise must be free of any odors or stains. If tags are not attached or the items show sign of wear, odor or stains, we will contact you and your return will be denied. Shipping charges will not be credited.
Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email with your store credit. Please allow us 5 days to process your return.
Returns for exchanges and store credit are automatically processed when received by USPS.
Returns for a refund to the original payment method are inspected by our Returns Department and processed within 5 business days of being delivered back to our warehouse.

If your desired exchange item is available at the time you initate your return, the returns portal will allow you to exchange it by selecting the new size. A new order will automatically be created as soon as your return is scanned with USPS. If the item goes out of stock between the time you initiated the return and dropped off the return to USPS, a gift card will automatically be created and emailed to you.
