Sydnee joined UABL because she believed in Jamie’s vision of creating a small center that provides high-quality ABA services while letting kids be kids, meeting each individual where they are, and remembering that childhood only happens once. What drives her each day is seeing the progress each kiddo makes—what may seem like small victories to others are huge milestones to her.
